From our experience in the field we know it is often very challenging describing a malfunction either on the phone or by email. Our technical helpdesk can’t always pinpoint where the “tapping” you have observed is coming from. This can lead to unexpected costs, as an engineer might have to come and make a diagnosis on the spot. In order to limit these kind of situations as much as possible, we can offer your engineer a short but intensive training at our location, with emphasis on the recognition and analysis of possible failures, so that future reports regarding malfunctions can be communicated remotely in a technically correct manner.
We will also focus on training your engineer in the identification and rectification of any small malfunctions, whether or not in conjunction with our helpdesk. For the purpose of this training we of course have an entire BOLNES marine engine (3-cylinder) at your disposal.
